I haven't had this problem with this monitor yet, but maybe it helps to reduce the resolution of your PC, that helped me.
1x HDMI connection. Has built-in speakers, but the sound is not comparable with external speakers.
The G2490VXA is only tiltable. You cannot adjust the height and rotate the screen 90 degrees.
You can try to resell it via the Digitec Onlineshop. Yes, both cables are included and this is also stated by the manufacturer. Both cables are 1.8m long.
