hello eshala, unfortunately this aoc monitor does not have a vesa mount option, you can only use it with the table mount that comes with it, but otherwise a very good monitor

The monitor has a device for stands with the standard 100x100. As far as I know, you do not need an adapter for this.
In principle, any monitor can be used for gaming. However, this monitor does not offer any specific features for gaming. Of course, it is always a question of budget and your demands/requirements on the product. What kind of graphics card and which games do you want to use the monitor with?
