Anki Cozmo
Anki Cozmo
Unfortunately I can't help you helfen🤷🏻♂️🤔
My Anki cozmo can no longer recognise the cubes and cannot feed itself. What should I do about this?
Do the cubes still light up? If not, have you tried replacing the battery in the cubes?
haven't had this yet but think the battery is dead with no load voltage high and with load voltage drops below nominal.
I must confess I haven't used it but just exposed it so no idea how it works... sorry 🥹
The most obvious explanation is that the batteries are exhausted. I don't mean "not charged" but exhausted. A rechargeable battery also only has a limited lifespan - then it can be charged less and less and finally gives up. Recommendation. Replace the batteries and recharge them... then they will squeak again.
You can find such batteries on Ebay or Ali. It is a LiPo 3.7v 600mah
You can repair almost everything on the anki.
Clean the sensors.
Yes, to learn programming while having fun.
We do not sell this item at all anymore and furthermore, the prices are in CHF and not in EUR on our website.
Please check the charging contacts on the Cozmo first. In our case, they were completely oxidised and almost black. The charging contacts can be cleaned with a so-called glass fibre eraser. Alternatively, very fine sandpaper may also work.
Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this. This item is completely sold out at our suppliers and will not be available in the foreseeable future.
The charging station with USB connection is of course included. You still need a device with a USB connection for charging (computer, mobile phone charger, etc.).

The manufacturer recommends a USB adapter with 5V at 2A. Many smartphones already have such an adapter, so you don't necessarily have to buy one if you already have one (or more, like me). Otherwise, I can recommend the following product which meets the requirements (and is also cheap. Adapter only, no cable): Samsung EP-TA20 (1.67A, Fast Charge) PS: Don't be confused by the incomplete designation of 9V at 1.67A. The adapter can also handle 5V at 2A. Hi, The following languages are currently supported by Cozmo or the app: German, English and French
Hi, yes and no, take a look at this video for example (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nk3OVA-rYPY). The Cozmos definitely recognise each other, but can easily be controlled manually by one person each when playing.
This data is stored in the app on your smartphone/tablet. They are therefore not lost when the battery is empty.
So it talks about a USB mains adapter, therefore any normal mobile phone charger can be used
