Is this charger compatible with Surface 3 (not Pro)? The original cable somehow doesn't deliver enough power as it consumes battery under load despite charging.

I saw that the Surface 3 is charged via a micro USB cable, so that should work without any problems.

Are the 8A distributed over 5 ports? Or does each port output 8A? I am looking for a very powerful USB charger for my Sony Z5 Premium!
