The performance difference compared to the 3700X is less than 2% in various CPU benchmarks (7ZIP, Blender, Cinebench, etc.)! You can save yourself the 80 franc surcharge ;)

I can't control my CPU fan that came with the box via iCUE even though it said on the box that it can be controlled via iCUE.

The wraith cooler has two cords. one for the 4 pin rgb header and one for a usb header. if you use the rgb header, it will allow the asus board to control the fan lights. not the ring or logo lights. however, this lets icue fiddle with the color through the integrations.

using the usb cable prevents icue from touching it as you have to use the cooler master software
