Why this TV and not a normal OLED like the LG OLED55C17 Fr 999.- ?

The AW5520QF is actually classified as a gaming monitor. You can find a detailed test report, including a comparison with TVs, here: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/alienware-aw5520qf-55-inch-oled-gaming-monitor/6 However, I have to agree with you that there are LG OLED TVs with G-Sinc that cost considerably less.

Difference to TV? As far as I know, there is none, apart from the inflated price, lower brightness and irrelevant branding. HDR? Apparently not either. The stated 1.07 Mia. Colours would allow more than 24 bit colour or RGB10, but I can't find anything in the data sheets. Scam?

It is a very large monitor, which has a faster response time, which should be one of the biggest differences to a TV, the price is very high for a monitor, but internationally completely within the framework.
