Yes, what are these 2 settings in the Alcatel T76 all about? "Local Area Code" and "Long Distance Country Code". 1. 1. do I have to enter anything? (e.g. in the LAC for Basel "061" and in the LDCC "+41" or "0041" for Switzerland)? 2. what happens if I don't enter anything? What is different then? 3. what happens if I enter something there? What do I have to pay attention to?

1° It is not necessary to store anything in the 2 parameters LAC and LDCC. If you don't put anything in these 2 parameters, you have to dial the telephone numbers in full (the 10 digits for Switzerland: e.g. 061 777 88 99). I don't know what happens if you enter something!

Hello I have just installed the phone. Calls are received, but calling out is not possible. I have entered the numbers normally with 079...... Do you have any idea why? Is it something to do with the "local area code" or the "long distance country code"? The old Gigaset phone worked fine on the same socket. Thank you very much for your help.

Hello I also had the same problem at the beginning. Plug the telephone cable into the Alcatel T76 correctly. German is not available as a menu language. Good night and good luck.
