Questions about Akko 5075B Plus S

There seems to have been a mix-up in the product designation. According to the manufacturer's website, there are 2 versions, the "5075B plus" (3 modes: Wired, Wireless 2.4GHz, Bluetooth) and the "5075S" (wired). A "5075B plus S" does not exist. As the description says wired, I assume this is the "5075S"?

"ANSI standard" but on the pictures you can see DE layout - is it now an ANSI standard or an ISO-DE?
