According to the manufacturer, 1x 120mm is installed at the rear.
According to the product description from Digitec, the following fans are installed:
Front - 2x 120mm
Rear - 1x 120mm
Top side - 1x 120mm
Perhaps it would be better to contact Digitec customer service for clarification.

Do you mean the power and activity LEDs? Yes, just unplug them from the mainboard. They should be marked PWR or PLED and HDD. If in doubt, check the manual of your mainboard.
