What I didn't understand despite reading all the information: does the stylus work as a finger replacement on an iPhone 12? My mother hits the buttons less and less often and wants something more precise. Or does the stylus only work with apps that are made for a stylus?

I also just bought this pen because I thought it would work on the iPhone.
Unfortunately this is not the case... Too bad really...
But I have to say that I have an IPhone XR..
But I also like to edit pictures on my mobile phone and wanted to use it to make things easier....
I just think that this is maybe bur on newer models of the case ... On the page of Apple I have seen with the brand own pens

The Dash 3 is the latest version of the Dash and is compatible with newer devices, such as:
iPad 4, all iPad Minis, all iPad Airs, iPad 2017, and iPhone 5 and newer, Android.

The Jot Dash is an older model of the Dash that we no longer sell. It is not guaranteed to work on newer devices like the ones listed above.
