I bought this disk in 2tb and it performs really bad. Read write speeds are half as advertised. Did I get a faulty unit or Adata and Digitec are mirespresenting the performance. All tests I watched before I bought it showed around 3000 mb/s read write speeds. I get maximum 2000 reads and 1500 writes.

Hi I have the same Adata Flash SX8200 Pro, 2TB, M.2.228 and following your question did some speed tests on my drive using CrystalDiskMark V8.0.0. These are the results: Settings were for 5 passes and 1GiB Test Read (MB/s) Write (MB/s) SEQ1M 2950.16 2726.49 Q8T1 SEQ1M 2667.92 2473.37 Q1T1 RND4K 455.84 294.37 Q32T1 RND4K 55.23 158.70 Q1T1

Hello, I am thinking to buy this SSD to build an external drive to work on with my Adobe Lightroom catalog. Do you think that should be fine or will this SSD suffer from heat ? I have exactly that combination and it stays very cold even when I was copying the whole 1tb drive on it. I used delock before and that was terribly hot after a couple of minutes.

Is this the Pro version? (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/adata-sx8200-2000gb-m2-2280-ssd-12234786) The spec lists the item number ASX8200PNP-2TT-C. Is there a known delivery date? The product does not seem to be in stock at any dealer at the moment.

Yes, according to our information, this is the Pro version. The delivery date is unfortunately unknown, as there has been a delay in delivery.
