The charger flashes with 188, i recognize this is usually a symbol for power bank malfunction. How can i reset my power bank?

Does anyone who uses this powerbank also have the problem that it often does not finish charging the connected device even though it would still have battery? This happens to me when I connect my iPhone 12 Pro.

When I charge the powerbank (blue version) with my Samsung Fast Charge charging plug, the powerbank whistles (clearly audible). Not with a normal charging plug... Is this normal / the same for you? Not that it is a defect...it will be returned. Thanks for the help :)

Hello, I always charge this powerbank at "normal" speed because the battery "suffers" during fast charging and thus ages more quickly. That's why I don't know the "whistling".

And where does it say that, please? 10'000 mAh is still 10 Ah and not 10 kAh ;-)

Does it switch off when it has fully charged another device???

It switches off when the consumer is fully charged. This powerbank is extremely small and light in relation to its capacity (I don't know of any other with that good a ratio), and has an LED indicator for the charging status. A really cool part.
