I have a question about the delivery date. If it says: The delivery date has been exceeded. We are already clarifying with the manufacturer and will enter a new delivery date as soon as possible. > 10 units ordered from the supplier. Does that mean what exactly? When will it be delivered or is it better not to order the article or what is recommended to do? I need a screen and would like to order it, hence the question.

Is the length of the product dimensions correct at 298.30 mm, i.e. approx. 29.8 cm? With my current 16:9 27" Samsung, the screen area alone without the frame is approx. 33.9 cm x 59.8 cm. Or does this monitor not have a 16:9 aspect ratio after all?

The screen surface without frame is 695x395mm. The 298mm indicated is the thickness, i.e. from the back of the stand to the screen surface.

From the reviews online it seems that this monitor suffers from a yellow circular glow (some claim it's due to curving and poor quality control) and one has to be lucky to get one without the issue. Well, apart from dead pixels and some other weird problems some have reported. I would like to ask, does digitec consider this shadow/glow effect as a defect and accept to change the monitor if it has this issue, or would buying it be a gamble?

We havent had any sales where this issue has been reported yet. Should such an issue arise, a return check will always be possible. The monitor will be inspected by our specialists and they will decide if it will be a defect or not.
