Depends on what resolution you want to play at. I assume by "ac" you mean Assasins Creed? If you only want to use the PC for gaming, there are certainly better alternatives that have a more powerful graphics card and a different processor. Because you don't need an i7 processor for gaming, the 4 cores of a good i5 processor are enough. If you want to invest the time, I would of course recommend building a PC yourself with the budget;) The community here will certainly be happy to help you put the parts together :)
