I agree in part with Fabioking55 that the power supply is precisely adapted to the component. So with the complete system. Warranty does not expire when upgrading as long as you don't have to open a seal and you return the PC to factory setup in a warranty case.

This question is unrealistic as "Complete PCs" when unscrewed will void the theoretical warranty. What I can also read from your question is that you might want to upgrade which completely destroys the warranty ;)
