Hello Does anyone know which manufacturer the installed GTX 1070 graphics card is from? E.g. GTX 1070 G1 Gaming or Founders Edition or from another manufacturer (ASUS, EVGA, MSI, ZOTAC etc.)?

I don't know, but I would still advise you to build your own because of the price/performance. It's not really difficult, you just have to make the effort to inform yourself well.
