I have used my new Acer EB321HQUC (32", 2560 x 1440 pixels) as the primary monitor for my Surface. Unfortunately, I have flickering on the screen despite the shielded HDMI cable. I have tried different resolutions, unfortunately without success. What else can I do?

Check the suitability of the docking station, the USB hub, etc.. I am using two Acer EB3321HQUC 32" monitors of the same type at two locations, each without flickering and with correct resolution, in combination with a Surface. At location 1, an official Microsoft Surface docking station is in use, at the other location a Targus DOCK430EUZ docking station.

I bought an ASUS VivoPC VC60-B001K from you some time ago. I would like to connect the monitor to it, but I cannot find the resolutions for the ASUS.

According to the manual, the following modes are available: 1 VGA 640×480 60 Hz 2 MAC 640×480 66.66 Hz 3 SVGA 800×600 56 Hz 4 SVGA 800×600 60 Hz 5 XGA 1024×768 60 Hz 6 XGA 1024×768 70 Hz 7 SXGA 1280×1024 60 Hz 8 VESA 1280×720 60 Hz 9 WXGA 1280×800 60 Hz 10 WXGA+ 1280×1024 60 Hz 11 WXGA+ 1280×1024 75 Hz 12 WXGA+ 1400×900 60 Hz 13 UXGA 1600×1200 60 Hz 14 WSXGA+ 1680×1050 60 Hz 15 UXGA 1920×1080 60 Hz 16 WUXGA 1900×1200 60 Hz, RB 17 UXGA 2048×1152 60 Hz, RB 18 WQHD 2560×1440 60 Hz 19 WQHD 2560×1440 60 Hz, RB However, on my MiniMac I could still go up to 2880×1620.

Good day Does the EB321HQUA monitor really have an HDMI and a Displayport connection? In the photos I can only see a DVI and an SVGA! Another question: Is the power supply integrated (as in the photo) and does it have a direct 250V connection? Or does it have an external power supply. According to the manufacturer's number UM.JE1EE.A04 and comparison with other suppliers (mainly from Ukraine), the specifications are correct. The pictures are therefore wrong with the connections. The power supply unit is integrated, so it is connected directly with a power cable.
