How long does it take to fully charge this power bank with direct sunlight on the solar panel? Is the solar panel only intended for the internal torch?

Charging times vary greatly depending on the weather, but you should allow at least 1.5 days for a 100% charge in summer sunshine. As for the torch, it will always depend on the internal battery, so no, the solar panel isn't just for the torch.
