Where can I buy the bits separately? The inside diameter seems to be 5 or 5.5 mm, but I can't find any on their site or anywhere else...

Very difficult if not impossible to find spare parts. Maybe on a Chinese site.

Does the microphone work with the current Android operating system?

Provided the corresponding 3.5 mm connection is available, the microphone also works. I have not yet tried it with an adapter to USB-C.

Are there any replacement pads for this model? Mine are just through... I'd be happy to get them from a third party.

Use Comply Foam T-600. These are memory foam pads and in my opinion have a positive influence on the sound. Relatively tight to put on and wear out faster than silicone.

I have the model with the tripple driver, and the cable is rubbery and rough. It takes me a while to untangle them. (longer than with other Inears) Is that also the case with these?

If I understand you correctly then yes the cable is probably the same.
