The IS100 from PureLink's iSeries is a unidirectional signal adapter from DisplayPort plug to HDMI socket in white, featuring housings made of ABS plastic. The adapter connects a DisplayPort source device according to the HBR2 standard with an HDMI cable or display device, allowing for a maximum transmission rate of 18 Gbps for resolutions up to 4K UltraHD at 60Hz. The adapter is equipped with connectors that have gold-plated precision contacts and high-purity, stranded, tinned copper conductors with triple shielding. The 0.10-meter long portsaver cable enables a smaller bending radius, thereby reducing stress on the connectors of the connected devices.

PureLink's iSeries AV portfolio includes AV adapters IS100 to IS171 and cables IS2000 to IS2221, designed to connect source devices with DisplayPort, mini DisplayPort, and USB-C connections to display devices with HDMI, DVI, VGA, and DisplayPort connections. The cables and adapters facilitate the transmission of AV signals with the maximum bandwidth of the respective standard. All cables and adapters with HDMI connections support a bandwidth of up to 18 Gbps for resolutions up to 4K UltraHD at 60Hz, those with DVI connections support up to 4.95 Gbps for resolutions up to 2K WUXGA, and those with DisplayPort connections support up to 21.6 Gbps for resolutions up to 4K UltraHD at 60Hz.

The cables are fundamentally unidirectional, meaning they can only transport the signal in one direction. This is always clearly indicated. Only cables and adapters with the same signal type on both ends (e.g., DisplayPort to DisplayPort) can be used bidirectionally.
