Product details

The W1209 module features a temperature sensor and a relay circuit. This allows for easy construction of a temperature control system, for example, for a 3D printing chamber. With the three buttons set, +, and -, a target temperature can be set at which the relay activates. This can be used, for example, to turn on a fan or heating device.

Caution: The board indicates 12V, but the relay only activates when powered with 24V.

Instructions:
Connect the temperature sensor, the 24V operating voltage (terminal +12V and GND), and your desired load (terminal K0 and K1) to the PCB.

After briefly pressing the SET button, the display will blink. You can now set the target temperature using the + and – buttons.

If the SET button is held down for more than 3 seconds, the P-menu will be accessed. Here, various parameters can be set, but primarily option P0 is configured, where you can choose between mode H and C. In mode C, the relay activates when the target temperature is exceeded. In mode H, it activates when the target temperature is not reached.

Confirm the selected target temperature and the P-settings by pressing the SET button again.

The module now displays the measured temperature in real-time and activates the relay based on the P0 value when the target temperature is reached.

Possible error codes: LLL = The temperature sensor is not connected correctly. HHH = The measured temperature is outside the measurement range (-50-110°C).
