With this LiPo charger, you can safely charge and discharge 1s (1 cell) LiPo batteries like 18650. The integrated TP4056 chip protects the battery from overcharging and deep discharging. The charging current is set using the resistor R3. By default, a 1.2 kOhm resistor is installed, limiting the charging current to 1000 mA. If you have small batteries that cannot be charged at 1 A, typically batteries under 1000 mAh, the resistor R3 must be replaced with a resistor of higher value.
