Product details

The PN532 is a very flexible chip, as it can be interfaced via 3.3V TTL UART, I2C, or SPI. With the PN532, you can also read NFC chips. The PN532 works with all RFID and NFC chips from types 1 to 4, as well as with NXP MiFare tags. Additionally, the PN532 can simulate an NFC tag and read it with an NFC-enabled phone. You can set the desired communication mode, such as UART, SPI, or I2C, using the DIP switches on the board. A suitable library can be found under Arduino by searching for PN532 in the libraries.

Supports the following cards:
Mifare 1k, 4k, Ultralight, and DesFire cards
ISO/IEC 14443-4 cards like CD97BX, CD light, Desfire, P5CN072 (SMX)
FeliCa cards like RCS_860 and RCS_854
