The MT3608 is an adjustable voltage regulator that converts a lower input voltage into a higher adjustable output voltage. The step-up converter also features a micro USB port for power supply, but it can also be connected via soldering contacts. The advantage of this switching regulator is its very high efficiency in a compact size. The input voltage must always be lower than the output voltage.
