Purecrea Mini USB UART FTDI Programmer 3.3/5V USB Serial

This breakout board contains an FT232 compatible chip that enables USB to serial communication. This programming adapter is not necessary on an Arduino Uno. However, if you have an ESP8266, Sonoff or Arduino ProMini, you will need this board for programming. There is a jumper on the board with which you can easily switch between 3.3 V or 5 V logic. On this board, the DTR is brought out instead of the RTS pin. This makes it possible to automatically reset the micro controller after uploading a programme.
