Purecrea 5m temperature sensor waterproof DS18B20 shielded

This 5 m long waterproof temperature sensor features a DS18B20 sensor chip with 1-Wire communication. The sensor is connected via a shielded cable, making the communication with the temperature sensor less prone to interference. The DS18B20 is a digital temperature sensor housed in a TO92 casing. The sensor is very accurate and reliable as it has been factory calibrated. For control with an Arduino, you can use the DallasTemperature library. To read the DS18B20, you only need one input on your Arduino. Multiple sensors can also be connected to one input. To operate the sensor, you will need a 4.7 kOhm resistor, which you connect between VCC and Data (for example, if you have 5 sensors on the same input, you only need one resistor).
