Purecrea 2m temperature sensor waterproof DS18B20 shielded

This 2m long waterproof temperature sensor contains a DS18B20 sensor chip with 1-wire communication. The sensor is connected via a shielded cable so communication with the temperature sensor is less susceptible to interference. The DS18B20 is a digital temperature sensor in a TO92 package. The sensor is very accurate and reliable as it is factory calibrated. To control it with an Arduino you can use the "DallasTemperature" library. To read the DS18B20 you only need one input from your Arduino. It is also possible to take several sensors on one input. For the operation of the sensor you need a 4.7 kOhm resistor, which you connect between VCC and Data (e.g. if you have 5 sensors on the same input you only need one resistor).
