The Jongo S340B is an affordable, portable, and wireless speaker with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Operating the Jongo S340 is easy thanks to the Pure Connect app for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.

The Jongo S340B can be used alone or as part of a group to deliver multi-room audio performance. With built-in Wi-Fi, synchronized audio content can be played simultaneously on multiple Jongo speakers, either individually or in a multi-room setup. Four tweeters provide 360° sound.

Thanks to Bluetooth, streaming from other apps directly to the Jongo S340 is also possible. The Jongo is available in two colors (black and white). Additional speaker covers are available in orange, green, mango, black, and white as accessories. Adjustable audio modes include Mono 360°, Stereo 360°, Stereo Forward Facing, and Outdoor Boost.

Das System ist mittels App sehr schnell eingerichtet und erfordert kaum technische Kenntnisse. Das Streaming klappt auf Anhieb, wobei auch viele Radiosender zur Verfügung stehen. Der Sound ist zwar ausgewogen, kann aber mit dem Bass nicht ganz überzeugen. Dafür ist das System auch mit einem zweiten Gerät erweiterbar und per Bluetooth kann der Nutzer externe Geräte ansprechen.

Das kompakte System ist mit rund 1,8 kg nicht ganz mehr outdoorfähig, wobei man natürlich mit der Akkuleistung von 10 Stunden das Gerät ohne Stromkabel auch nutzen kann. Der Klang ist mit den Presets insgesamt gut, wobei das für den Außenbereich aber zu aggressiv eingestellt ist.

Das System ist nicht nur eine einfache Art und Weise Musik kabellos zu hören, sondern das Ganze kann auch beliebig erweitert werden. So kann der Nutzer weitere Lautsprecher in anderen Räumen aufstellen und somit weitere Räume mit Musik versorgen. Die Verbindung erfolgt dabei wahlweise mit WLAN oder Bluetooth.
