The Pulsar X3 Mini is an extremely lightweight, wireless gaming mouse weighing only 50 grams, featuring an ergonomically optimized casing in a RelaxClaw design. The shape combines a symmetrical front with asymmetrical side surfaces, making it suitable for both palm and claw grip. Its compact dimensions and featherlight construction make it particularly appealing for players with smaller hands or for users focused on speed and agility. It is available in two color variants: black or white.

At the heart of its technical specifications is the proprietary Pulsar XS-1 sensor, offering a maximum resolution of 32,000 DPI, a tracking speed of up to 750 IPS, and an acceleration of 50 g. This makes the mouse especially suitable for fast and precise movements in competitive games. The built-in Kailh Optical Switches are rated for up to 80 million clicks and provide precise, direct feedback. The polling rate is set at a standard 1,000 Hz but can be increased to up to 8,000 Hz with an optional dongle.

Connection can be made wirelessly via 2.4 GHz or wired via USB-C. A Superflex cable, a receiver, and an adapter are included in the package. The lift-off distance of the sensor can be adjusted via software and is available in three levels: 0.7 mm, 1.0 mm, or 2.0 mm. The scroll wheel is equipped with a Pulsar Blue Encoder, providing a noticeable yet pleasant tactile feedback. The configuration software allows for DPI settings in increments of 10, full remapping of all buttons, and the creation of macros. This means the mouse is not only designed for performance on the hardware side but is also fully customizable in terms of operation.
