The Custom 24 is the quintessential PRS guitar: the legendary guitar that started it all in 1985. The Custom 24-08 retains all the basic characteristics of the instrument while taking the Custom platform into new sonic realms. Like the Core series instrument, the SE Custom 24-08 features two mini toggle switches that individually split the humbuckers into true single-coils, allowing for a total of eight pickup configurations.

Classic design elements include a maple top, a mahogany body, a rosewood fingerboard, 24 frets, a 25-inch scale, bird inlays, a characteristic headstock logo, and a moulded tremolo patented by PRS.
