The Promed EMT-6 TENS / EMS combination device is a versatile and effective tool for pain and muscle treatment. It combines the technologies of transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) and electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) to alleviate both acute and chronic pain while strengthening the muscles. TENS uses electrical impulses to reduce the sensation of pain by overriding the pain messages sent to the brain. In contrast, EMS promotes muscle contraction, leading to improved muscle strength and circulation. The device features a user-friendly interface with multiple preset programs and the ability to save custom treatment programs. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including joint and muscle pain, back and neck pain, as well as support for circulation disorders and menstrual discomfort.
