Product details

Description Promag PCR-300, USB - RFID Reader, 13.56 MHz (ISO14443, Mifare), USB, Slot, Dimensions (WxHxD): 65x23x10 mm (PCR300MU-01). The Promag PCR-300 is a stationary reader for RFID tags and cards. Its easy integration into your applications makes it suitable for cash register, customer loyalty, bonus, and debit card systems, among others. It can even be used as a waiter lock. Depending on the model, you can connect the device to the RS232 or USB port of any PC. The reader captures the placed transponders either automatically or at the push of a button and sends them to the interface. For your software to further process the user information from the read transponders, it must actively query the interface. When the card is removed from the reading area, the PCR-300 returns a value to the interface. This way, you can easily determine whether the operator is still at the device (waiter lock function).
