The soldering system operates on the principle of a stationary solder bath (drag soldering principle) and is characterized by a low solder volume and the shortest heating times. With these systems, printed circuit boards populated with components can be soldered easily and without much effort. Additionally, connectors, terminal strips, coils, transformers, and electronic components can be tinned using the dip soldering process. The two middle bridges of the solder carriage can be adjusted in width continuously. The adjustable bridges are equipped with retaining springs that allow for easy insertion and removal of the circuit boards without having to adjust the width each time. An anodized aluminum housing, solder carriage with adjustable middle bridges, solder bath, and housing are thermally separated.
