Product details

The UMD 705 is a compact power quality measuring device with a data logger designed for mounting on a DIN rail. It measures 4-phase current and voltage with up to 3 tariffs in 6-quadrant operation and operates in class 0.2s, as well as with all common power sizes, such as harmonics up to the 50th. Optionally, it represents power quality according to ISO 50160, EN 61000-4-30, and EN 61557-12 with the PQ S firmware module. Measurements are taken via current transformers with N/100mA. It features a large 512MB memory. Access to the device is possible via the Ethernet interface, and live measurement values can be viewed through the associated web server using a web browser. This allows for easy integration of Internet protocols and connection to PLCs and building management systems. It includes two digital inputs, one digital output, and a serial RS485 interface. The UMD 705 can also be used as a Modbus master to connect up to 31 Modbus slaves in network structures. With the optional Go firmware module, oscilloscope functions for current and voltage are activated, and trigger signals for limit events are set. The device can be parameterized and visualized using the ENVIS software, with the Basic version of ENVIS included free of charge.
