This cable is designed for remote triggering of cameras with a Canon E3 or 2.5 mm mini jack remote connection. The ACC cable enables the pre-release function when connected to the FlexTT5 and the current version of the MultiMAX. With the MultiMAX, the pre-release function can be remotely turned on and off. The cable is necessary to use remote camera triggering with the FlexTT5 while simultaneously transmitting E-TTL functions.

The CM-E3 can also be used for remote camera control with the FlexTT5, but in this case, the E-TTL functions will be lost. This cable is compatible with all cameras that have a Canon E3 remote connection or a 2.5 mm mini jack. With this cable, triggering as well as tapping (focusing, metering) in conjunction with your remote trigger is possible. Compatible with the following PocketWizard models: PlusX, Plus III, FlexTT5, and MultiMAX with ACC port.
