PMA KS 40-1 temperature controller. The universal temperature controller KS 40-1 is designed for universal, precise, and cost-effective control tasks across all industries. The device features a simple 2-point control (On/Off), continuous PID control, or 3-point step control. The process value signal is connected via a universal input. An additional analog input can be used for heating current measurement or as an external setpoint input. The KS 40-1 has three process outputs, which can be 3 relays or 2 relays and one universal output. This universal output can be used to operate a solid-state relay, a continuous current, or an output voltage, or to power a two-wire transmitter. This controller is particularly well-suited for the following industrial applications: fireplaces and stoves, burners and boilers, plastic processing, and dryers. BluePort interface on the front and BlueControl software, maintenance manager and error list, automatic/manual key, monitoring of heating current and input circuit, timer and programmer, advanced limit signal function with lock. Type tested according to EN 14597, cULus.
