Product details

This power supply, specially manufactured for Play-Zone, is suitable for any device that needs to be powered or charged via a microUSB connection. It can be used, for example, for the Raspberry Pi (including the power-hungry Pi3) or the pcDuino. It also serves as a charger for many mobile phones.

The cable length is 1.5 meters.

Special feature: The adapter actually delivers 5.2 V. Due to losses in the cable, many standard USB power adapters only provide 4.7-4.8 V to the consumer. This can result in longer charging times or less stable operation of mini-PCs. Our power supply delivers 5.2 V - even with cable losses, 5 V still reach the consumer. Even if more than 5 V reach the consumer by using shorter cables, this is not a problem: 5.25 V is still within the official USB specifications and is therefore completely safe and unproblematic for all USB devices.
