With dual spiders and motor mounting as the driving force, they produce a deep, dynamic sound that lives up to the Champion Series name. These models also feature a unique Pioneer dust protection concept to prevent dust from affecting the performance and reliability of the subwoofer. The Pioneer Champion Series subwoofers deliver precise, rich, and rhythmic bass by utilizing modern technologies such as Pioneer’s patented IMPP composite cone materials, a stable 3D cone construction, and large, dual-layer magnets. When paired with Pioneer’s GM-A series amplifiers, the Champion subwoofers produce an incredibly rich, high-quality bass at any volume. This dual voice coil subwoofer with 4 ohms (4 ohm x 2) and a size of 30 cm delivers a maximum power of 1,400 W and a nominal power of 400 W. It can be used in an enclosure or in free air.
