Marine-grade 2-way coaxial speaker from the ME series (250 W). The marine-grade entertainment of the ME series combines Pioneer’s sound quality with all-weather durability. The speakers in the ME series are protected from the effects of sun and water, meeting both IPX7 and ASTM D4329 standards, ensuring reliable performance in any weather. The subwoofers, equipped with a mica-reinforced IMPP(TM) monocoque cone and a butyl rubber enclosure, are manufactured using advanced in-mold joining techniques, providing superior waterproofing while delivering high-quality, powerful sound. Internally, a symmetrical motor design combined with a high-strength suspension optimizes stability and linearity, resulting in clear sound reproduction with minimal distortion. For the most natural sound, they also feature a lightweight polyimide (PI) tweeter diaphragm and a uniquely shaped waveguide for natural, clear vocals with wide dispersion. Great for achieving a truly natural, wide sound range.

IPX7 (N): This product meets the IPX7 protection rating. This means that it is splash-proof when properly installed and is also waterproof up to a submersion depth of 1 meter for a duration of up to 30 minutes.
