The new 4-channel controller DDJ-SX2 features performance pads with multicolored cue point LEDs and digital cue point markers on the jog wheel. It can be upgraded to Serato DJ DVS and includes improved jog wheel latency, making it the ultimate tool for scratchers.

Serato Flip is a paid extension for Serato DJ that allows DJs to record hot cue sequences "on the fly" and play them back immediately. The DDJ-SX2 is the only controller with additional buttons - "Record," "Start," and "Slot" - for intuitive operation of Serato Flip performances.

With the Serato Flip extension, hot cue combinations can be recorded and played back as a loop. Using the three special keys - Record, Start, and Slot - up to six sequences can be stored and controlled.

The backlit multicolor LEDs on the performance pads indicate which modes are currently in play and which cue points are preset in Serato DJ.

The improved jog wheels with low latency provide perfect feedback when scratching. The illuminated cue point markers and the exact countdown ensure even more precision when scratching and reversing.

Thanks to the four inputs, the controller can be connected to DJ players and/or analog turntables. Two master outputs (XLR and RCA) and one booth output allow direct connection to a professional PA system. The two microphone inputs have been enhanced to suppress interference even better.

The DDJ-SX2 is prepared for the upgrade to Serato DJ DVS. The Serato DJ DVS Expansion Pack allows CDJs and analog turntables to be used for controlling and scratching with the Serato NoiseMap Control CD/Vinyl.
