This 8GB RAM is 100% compatible with the Fujitsu CELSIUS R570 (D2628). Your server has 6 memory slots per CPU, organized into 2 slot groups of 3 slots each. You can populate the slots with ECC UDIMM (Unbuffered) or RDIMM (Registered) server memory. These two technologies cannot be operated together in the system. Therefore, when upgrading, you should know which memory is already present or upgrade completely to RDIMM. To achieve good system performance, it is advisable to distribute the memory evenly across the slots and evenly across the CPUs. When populating each group of 3 slots with 3 identical memory modules and filling all slot groups, performance under peak loads can be up to three times faster than with a single module in the 3-slot group. The different 3-slot groups do not need to have the same capacities. If more than one CPU is present, the memory should be identically populated per CPU. Only the memory slots associated with the respective CPU can be used.
