Information on memory configuration: The following technical specifications should be considered in advance: ECC DIMM (with Error-Correction-Code) or RDIMM (Registered DIMM) RAM can be installed in the device. RDIMM memory is recommended when large memory capacities are to be achieved. The different memory technologies (ECC / RDIMM) must not be mixed. If a memory upgrade is to be made with the existing RAM, it must be checked which memory technology (ECC / RDIMM) is present. Memory slots without a processor must not be populated. A higher memory clock of the memory module automatically adjusts to the memory clock set by the system. This can especially be the case with larger capacities. When using 4Rank (4Rx..) RDIMM memory, only 2 out of 3 memory slots per memory channel can be occupied.
