D-Sub connectors from Phoenix Contact SUBCON-PLUS-CAN. 9-pin D-Sub sockets SUBCON-PLUS-CAN for use in CAN systems up to 1 Mbit/s (CAN, CANopen, SafetyBus-P) for quick connection of incoming and outgoing bus cables and field conditions. The D-Sub connectors of the SUBCON-PLUS-CAN series feature an integrated termination resistor of 120 Ohms, which can be activated externally via a slide switch, segment-by-segment start, a shielded ABS housing, screw terminals, and they can all be used with bus cables according to the design for CiA recommendations 303-1 with an outer diameter of 8 mm. The models have two cable entries angled at 35° and an internal connection that can be rotated to allow cable entry from the left or right. One model has a second D-Sub connector for connecting a programming device. They all accommodate a cable cross-section of 7.6 mm to 8.4 mm. Another model features a 35° angled cable entry and accepts a variable cable diameter of 6 to 10 mm. Another model has an axial 180° cable entry and two cable entries. Suitable screwdriver included.
