Phobya Thermal pad Ultra 100x100x1mm

These thermal pads are excellently suited to compensate for height differences and irregularities on heat sinks and the components to be cooled. Due to their very good elastic compressibility and low hardness, even a small amount of pressure achieves a very good adaptation to the surfaces. All large and small height differences are compensated, from microscopic grooves to visible irregularities. The surface of the pad is slightly sticky and covered with a protective film that must be removed before installation. This slight adhesive property comes into play, preventing any slipping when mounting a heat sink. These thermal pads can also be cut to the desired size. They are suitable for use with RAM coolers on graphics cards as well as for voltage regulators on motherboards. Even for large components such as the Northbridge or Southbridge, these thermal adhesive pads can be used, as they possess excellent thermal conductivity. As a basic component or spare part, thermal pads belong in every well-organized computer hobbyist's workspace!
