The Struana ceiling light from Philips is ideal for the bathroom. The lamp is protected against moisture and foreign objects according to IP44 standards and can also be integrated into the Hue system. With the app, you can dim the light and adjust the color temperature. However, the Struana model does not necessarily require the Hue Bridge: a switch (the Hue Dimming Switch) allows for direct and app-independent control of the ceiling light. Use the Hue functionality to gently dim the lights to your desired brightness and switch between different lighting settings. This way, you can always achieve the right light for your activities and every occasion. The battery-operated Hue dimmer switch can be used like a regular wall switch. You can attach it anywhere using screws or adhesive tape. The switch is connected to the backplate by a magnet, allowing it to be easily removed. Use it as a light remote control with a range of up to twelve meters indoors. Connect up to ten Hue lamps to the dimmer and control them simultaneously. If you use the Hue Bridge, you can still use the switch. The Bridge also allows you to integrate up to 50 lights into a network, in addition to app control. Use it for timer functions to change, turn on, and off the lights.
