Philips 242E2FA/00
1920 x 1080 pixels, 24"Product details
The Philips 242E2FA/00 features an IPS panel that offers a wide viewing angle, and with its extremely thin bezel, images and videos are displayed in full size. With eye-friendly technologies such as FlickerFree and Low Blue Mode, this screen is suitable for home office use as well as in the workplace. With a fast response time of 1 ms and various gaming modes, the monitor is also designed for gamers.
This monitor is equipped with an IPS panel (In-Plane Switching). The IPS technology combines two significant advantages. Firstly, it provides a very wide viewing angle, allowing multiple viewers to easily see the content at the same time. Secondly, IPS technology ensures high color accuracy, making this monitor suitable for color-sensitive applications such as photo editing.
Thanks to FreeSync, this monitor can synchronize its frame rate with that of your compatible graphics card, minimizing input lag and avoiding unsightly tearing effects. Unlike traditional solutions like VSync, this technology does not require a frame rate cap. Short-wavelength blue light rays from LED screens can cause eye damage similar to UV rays and impair vision over time. The Philips Low Blue Mode uses software technology to reduce the amount of short-wavelength blue light.
