Waiting for this 85 was worth it. Already at f/1.4 we measure a high resolution in the centre of the image, which increases somewhat when stopped down. The contrast is good, very good when stopped down. At f/1.4 we noticed a visible, but - especially for this aperture - moderate edge loss...
