The current clamp has a measurement range of ±99.9 mA DC. With an accuracy of 0.3 % of reading + 8 digits, the current clamp is a particularly precise measuring instrument. To facilitate measurements, the current clamp is connected with a 1-meter cable. This allows it to be attached to the line being measured and conveniently placed on the work surface. As a result, both hands are free while reading the measurement values, allowing for adjustments or configurations in the process technology. Due to its high accuracy and external sensor, the current clamp is ideally suited for quick and reliable current measurements of process signals. To perform a current measurement, the clamp must be clamped around the line to be checked. This allows the flowing current to be measured inductively, which has the advantage of enabling current measurements to be taken during operation. For improved visibility, the current clamp is equipped with an LED that optimally illuminates the measurement point. Optionally, the current clamp can be supplied with an ISO calibration certificate.
