Create a criminal empire: Build your criminal empire from the ground up by choosing which businesses to pursue, whether it be speakeasies, casinos, or protection rackets, and assembling a retinue of loyal gangsters who will make your mark on the streets. Once you have made a name for yourself, you'll be able to expand your influence, take over rivals' territories, and broaden your repertoire with other ventures.

Defend and expand your territory: If (purely theoretically, of course) there should be disagreements and your gang needs to make a clear statement, you'll be able to carry out brutal turn-based battles. Be strategic when recruiting people, and ensure your gang has good chemistry so that together you can do as much damage as possible in the fights and secure your influence in the city.
