The illuminated NR(Smart) button brings smartes additional skill. It flashes when calls are received or missed or new messages are received on the AB. One press is all it takes to accept calls with the hands-free function already activated or to silence the integrated alarm clock for another five minutes. 30 minutes of recording time is provided by the integrated, extended answering machine. For left telephone numbers or addresses, fast forwarding and rewinding within a message is helpful. The KX-TG6824 can also call a previously stored phone number and play the message when a new message arrives. Thanks to night mode and caller lock, you can determine when you are available for whom. The KX-TG6824 also has a hands-free function, a large selection of polyphonic ringing melodies and a telephone book for up to 120 entries and 50 in the caller list. Noise reduction can be easily activated during a call by pressing the NR (Noise Reduction) button and filters out disturbing noises that occur in the background of the call partner.
